Main Duties: Control, supervision over conductor strings driving operations at clients’ facilities in compliance with approved work program.
Generating programs, operational procedures, work plans.
Preparing daily and final reports.
Making analysis of work done including development of a list of activities aimed at improvement of effectiveness and safety of operations.

Employment Patterns: Full Time

Work Schedule: 5-day/8-hour work week. 12-hour work shift when working at Client facilities

Education: Higher field-specific education/degree in "Drilling of oil and gas wells" specialist field

Additional Professional Training: Knowledge of requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of HSE, valid competency test in Rostechnadzor (Federal Service for Environmental, Technological, and Nuclear Supervision of Russia) in the fields of knowledge coded A.1, B.2.1, B.2.4, B.2.6, B.9.3  would be an asset  
Basic offshore safety, induction and emergency training and Helicopter underwater escape training (BOISET, HUET) would be an asset.
Valid certificate on passage of "Well Control and "Well Control in Oil, Gas and Water Kicks situation" training would be an asset.

Track record for required vacant position and total track record of work in the industry: Aggregate work track-record in the oil and gas industry of not less than 5 years gained in position of supervisor, tool pusher or 6-class driller.

Language Skills: Russian (spoken and written) and English (spoken and written) languages

PC Skills: Advanced

Additional Conditions: Knowledge and skills in working with regulatory and technical documentation in Russian and English languages.
