C O N S E N T

Of a Candidate for Processing of Personal Information

In accordance with the Labor Code of Russian Federation, pursuant to Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No.152-FZ “On Personal Information” at my own will and in my interest hereby express my consent to TRIDENT-EAST Ltd. registered at 35, Krasnoselskaya Nizhnyaya, bldg. 64. рrem.1, office 18 for the purposes of assistance in my employment to processing implying collection (directly from the candidate, from third parties, by way of filing requests to the state authorities, local authorities, from other open information sources, from archives), record, systematization, accrual, storage, specification, (update, modification), deriving, use, transfer (submission, permission), depersonalization, blocking, deleting and destruction of my personal information including the last name, first name, patronymic, month, date and place of birth, nationality, registration address, living address, passport details, family information, income information, tax payer identification number, mandatory pension insurance certificate number, military service records, information on state secret information,  criminal record availability/non-availability, information on decoration, criminal record^*, information on available social benefits which shall be provided in accordance with the legislation and legislative acts of the Russian Federation, photograph, e-mail address.

In case my personal information is modified, I oblige to inform this fact to TRIDENT-EAST LTD, in writing, and submit copies of supporting documents;

Processing of personal information shall be done both using automatization means including in information and telecommunication networks, and without the use of such.

This Consent shall become valid from the date of signing thereof and shall remain valid until a labor agreement is concluded or notification (a letter of advice)** on rejection in employment is issued.

The Consent can be withdrawn at any time on the basis of my written statement. Should this Consent be withdrawn, TRIDENT-EAST LTD is entitled to process my personal information in cases and as prescribed by Federal Law “On Personal Information”

*Criminal record shall only be indicated when employing a person to the position directly connected with provision of safety of fuel and energy complex (Art. 65 of the Labor Code of Russian Federation and Article 10 of the Federal Law dated July 21,2011No. 256-FZ “On Safety of Facilities of Fuel and Energy Complex”

**Notification (letter of advice) on rejection to employ shall be issued on the basis of a written statement of the candidate submitted to TRIDENT-EAST LTD either by hand, by post, or by courier.
